Transparency

Every euro, on the record .

We publish our finances. We publish our legal documents. We publish where we speak and what we spend. If we ask you to trust us, you deserve to verify us.

Last updated · to be published after first quarter · 2026
I · What transparency means here

Four rules. None of them are optional.

01
Public bank account

Our account number is published below. Anyone can see what goes in and what goes out.

02
Quarterly statements

Income, expenses, and end-of-quarter balance. Published as a PDF, linked from this page.

03
No sponsors

We do not take money from companies that sell to schools. Not now, not quietly later.

04
No paywalls

The educational content is free forever. Translating that into a business model is our problem, not yours.

We publish every three months. Reports include every income source over €0, every expense with a receipt number, and the end-of-quarter balance. Not pretty infographics. The actual numbers.

IV · Where money goes

How every euro is budgeted.

This is the planned breakdown for 2026. Real numbers land in the quarterly reports. Anything meaningfully over or under this plan is called out and explained.

45%
Schools programme

Travel to schools, talks, workshops, and the printed kits students take home. The visible part of the work.

20%
Materials & equipment

The laptop, recording gear, classroom supplies, and the durable equipment that we want to last beyond year one.

20%
Operating costs

Hosting, cal.com, domain, accounting software, a VAT-registered bookkeeper.

10%
Reserve

A buffer for cancelled travel, broken gear, or unexpected legal fees. Higher in year one, on purpose.

5%
Podcast & translation

Podcast hosting, editing, and translation of materials beyond Slovak. Paid work, never AI-only.

0 % goes to marketing. 0 % goes to sponsor appeasement. 0 % is unaccounted.
V · Conflicts of interest

We share a name with a company. Here is how that works.

Simon Gajdosik is the founder of both organisations and has an economic interest in Webnestify s.r.o.

  • He does not receive salary from Webnestify Education.
  • He does not vote on decisions where Webnestify s.r.o. could benefit materially from the outcome.
  • Any decision that crosses into commercial territory is documented and disclosed in our annual report.

If you believe we have made a decision that conflicts with these rules, tell us. We will publish the question and our answer.

Rule 01
The nonprofit does not pay the company

Webnestify Education never pays Webnestify s.r.o. for services, tools, or anything else. Donations only flow one way (from the company to the nonprofit), and every transfer is published in the quarterly statement like any other.

Rule 02
No shared staff, paid roles

If the same person works for both, they are paid by one at a time, never both at once, and the hours are recorded.

Rule 03
No commercial referrals

Our educational materials never recommend the company's products or any other paid service as a 'solution'.

Rule 04
A teacher or principal picks it up

If a reader of our materials becomes a customer of the company, that is their choice made elsewhere. We keep the two conversations separate.

If we ever break one of these, we will write about it on this page. That is the only way this works.

VII · Ask us

If a number here doesn't add up, write to us.

Transparency without accountability is just decoration. Tell us what's unclear and we'll answer in public. Every substantive question gets added to a running FAQ so the next person doesn't have to ask it again.
